We are looking for a funny, organized and task driven Office Manager to join our Bangkok-team!
In this position you will be responsible for organizing and performing a variety of administrative tasks as well as coordinating people and duties inside the office.

- Manage team happiness and health
- Act as primary liaison between landlord, maintenance, legal and Thai contractors to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Help HR managers on the hiring process of Thai nationals
- Facilitate operations throughout the office including new office expansions, move coordination, capacity and space planning, implementation of new processes, and procedures
- Properly deal with and facilitate office guests
- Communicate information and updates to team members, organize team activities and meetups
- Provide support to team members by translating documents
- Coordinate with our accounting firm on various accounting tasks. Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and change orders
- Our office is located a few minutes walk from BTS On Nut in Sukhumvit Soi 56

- Open only to Thai nationals
- Must have good Spoken and Written English
- Basic accounting skills
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- 1-2 years of work experience
