Responsibilities: • Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our customers • Deliberate with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests for orders and actual delivery statuses • Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement • Constantly work towards improving customer experience • Handle customers and vendors requests, as well as external communication with them

Requirements: • Speaks THAI and English Candidate should be ready to work at Kuala Lampaur, Malaysia • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
