The venue is located on Koh Yao Noi in the famous archipelago of Phang Nga Bay, in southern Thailand. The restaurant is facing the beach for stunning view over the bay.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and its staff in the absence of the F/B Manager and Head Chef. You will also train and mentor our team.

You will have great organizational skills, and the ability to prepare our team and keep the operation in order. Previous experience in busy a la carte dining venue, with both Thai and Western cuisine knowledge. Ability to drive, develop and motivate your team.

This is a great opportunity for a proven Sous Chef who is looking to develop their career with a supportive management team.
