We are hiring an Admin & HR Leader for a new office in Bangkok, Thailand. We are a team of 200+ blockchain developers, researchers, marketers and strategic planners in Vietnam who engage with partners in over 8 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR functions (HR organization chart, recruitment, compensation & benefits, policies, KPIs & performance appraisal, training development)
  • Recommend solution of HR organization chart & department responsibilities
  • Plan and manage recruitment
  • Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities
  • Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees
  • Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system (performance of departments & key persons).
  • Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees
  • Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention
  • Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved
  • Build up orientation training program and other training courses for HR development
  • Develop HR reports as required for CEO
  • Manage and supervise Admin staff to deliver good service to team
  • Develop and implement administrative system
  • Build, update Admin policies and procedures
  • Yearly planning and organizing teambuilding, year-end party, health check etc.
  • Support CEO to draft and review some types of contract and quotation
  • Take part in guiding other departments to draft & recommend internal policies and procedures
  • Take part in building up internal document filing & management system & policy of stamp management
  • Update new Laws, new regulations and give advices to the company

Requirements

  • At least 5 year experience, senior management position
  • University degree
  • Strong knowledge in Labor Law,
  • Experience in working in multinational company is a plus
  • Good understanding of business processes is a plus, especially in the field of logistics, airlines
  • Good at English
  • Strong leadership and management skill
  • Have sense of HR management & development
  • Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent.
  • English from intermediate level
