Key Responsibilities: • Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations • Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) including secure all confidential documents • Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department • Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties • Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required • Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims etc • Assist to check and verify staff claims and invoices for project team
Qualification: • Min Diploma in Business Administration with certifications in secretarial studies • New Graduate are welcome • Proven experience in a similar role preferably in Interior Design/Architectural/related fields • MS Office and English proficiency • Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Outstanding organizational, time management, and negotiation skills • Able to work fast under pressure, ability to multi-task, and work independently as well as in a team. • Mature, with an attention to detail & highly resourceful, integrity, and confidentiality • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
