Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Status: One full time position available

Job requirements:

· Thai national, age between 28 to 40

· Minimum 5 years management experience in the spa industry

· Relevant retail and massage experience is an advantage

· Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

· Strong leadership and organisational skills required

Job descriptions:

Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the customer experience. Ensure consistent spa experience development to ensure that innovation and uniqueness is maintained. Ensure all dealings with customers at the spa to meet or exceed the company operating standards. Able to handle any customer complaints or special requirements. Responsible for reviewing all customer feedback results and implement improvements to ensure customer satisfaction. Able to analyze and interpret the needs of customer and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions. Ensure all areas of the spa are kept clean and well maintained at all times. Ensure proper inventories of all operating spa products are conducted in line with audit standards in order to effectively manage operational cost. Raise store requisitions of all retail and operational items as and when required. Ensure that the spa team adhere to all company’s operational and service standards. Monitor and review spa employee’s performance regularly and provide required guidance. Able to provide guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes. Able to achieve high performance and operational standards. Able to liaise with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of the spa operations. Able to promote and sell spa programs to groups, walk in customers etc. Able to implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximise spa operational revenue. Responsible for checking and overseeing all customer settlements like cash, credit cards, etc. Responsible to identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele to promote spa services. Responsible for the department training plan and conduct hands-on training for the new recruitment. Responsible for spa employee’s monthly duty schedules and duty roster. Recruit and train spa employees in accordance with company and departmental sop and guidelines. Benefits:
