This position will have an instrumental role in accelerating our sales activities. We need self-motivated team player who has solid experience and knowledge in A2P SMS Platform or telco related. You will have big contribution through focus on providing technical solutions to our clients, encompassing business and operations throughout the company as being very important intersection of sales, product and engineering. You are the front face of all technical teams in the company. You are what matters because you will enable clients to have full picture of business process, as well as working with developers, product development, sales experts, implementation teams and enterprise clients from all around the world.
You are the right person we are looking for if you have: • Experience as Pre-sales or Sales Engineer working for or with enterprise clients (telecommunication industry) in application integration/solution designs and now you're looking for a high-growth challenge in a global IT company • Fluent in English, excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication of technical terms • Highly motivated engineer that also comfortable being part of regional and global team executing complex sales cycle • Ability to find ways to integrate our messaging services into various solutions • Complete understanding the value of engineering in business environment and business side of IT solutions • Strong business acumen and analytical skill. Able to conceptualize solutions and articulate concept and proposed solutions to potential clients. You have the ability to translate complex business requirements into workable technical solutions. • Knowledge in integration methods such as APIs and protocols (SMPP, SS7) will be a plus in the hiring process.
You bring big impact by doing: • Creating ideas and designing technical solutions for clients' needs, proposing business solutions to clients and helping them evolve their business • Provide information and consulting about technology, design, product, and solution preparation or proposal based on client requirements. • Ensure smooth integration between clients and the company by successfully coordinating all technical team involved (both internal and external) • Provide support to clients and to our team as the part of sales process by designing and delivering solutions, proof of concept demonstrations and consulting sales team on technical aspects of the opportunities. • Conduct presentations to potential clients and promote the strength of the services and applications and how these meet the clients' requirements. • Research for product and market trend for related technology, update information related with the technology and new product • Plan and create new project in collaboration with the sales team to meet the needs of the company’s sales target
