Description / Requirements The In Country Programme & Compliance Executive reports directly to the Leadership Team Nationality : Thailand Requirements:
• Audit Experience: Social and/or Traceability, 3-5 years (preferably in seafood supply chain) • Management Experience: 2-5 years • Multi-Stakeholder Engagement Experience: 2 years • Able to drive and travel alone Responsibilities Technical • Develop, maintain and implement STF CoC and AS under the direction provided by the Board and the Secretariat Leadership Team aligning them with international standards and Thai law. • Ensure STF supply chain compliance against STF CoC and local law in traceability, social and environmental. • Develop 3-5-year measurable goals and implementation plan/budget for STF supply chain compliance programme (for vessels, farms and factories). • Execute the approved plan (this can include conducting/supervising audits, gap analysis, corrective action plan, data management etc.) • Coordinate with the Secretariat, STF Members and all stakeholders, e.g. government officials, non-Member supply chain actors and external parties to ensure efficient and interactive communication in the STF compliance programme. • Provide technical (social and traceability) subject matter expertise to the STF by advising and making recommendations to the Secretariat and the Membership. • Ensure that the work being done by the subgroups is aligned with the oversight objectives of the Taskforce. • Support various subgroups as needed (ie. Verification of Progress, Tuna Oversight, Farm to Plant, and Responsible Recruitment). • Provide recommendations to members on ways of working in support of the overall STF Objective. • Respond to and advise STF members, where requested. • Provide input on queries from members and external stakeholders regarding the work that the STF is doing, particularly related to Traceability and Social Accountability. Organizational • Manage and provide technical oversight to STF service providers. • Work with the Secretariat for the successful holding of STF meetings (face to face and online). • Participate where necessary, subgroup calls and meetings . • Support STF board meetings, as requested by the secretariat. • Represent the STF in meetings or other external events, as instructed by the secretariat.
