The Customer Engagement Executive will be responsible for the On-boarding, Training, and Support of our customers onto our Enterpryze Cloud Based solution.
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused, enthusiastic and confident professional, who will form part of our Regional Support Team. Our team is responsible for the customer journey from initial engagement, setup, on-boarding, training, support and ongoing development of customer and partner relationship.
Become a product expert for Enterpryze
Demonstration of the product as part of pre and post-sales cycle
On-boarding of new customers into the platform
On-site customer training
On-site customer support Ongoing customer support & troubleshooting via webinars etc Ownership of customer issues to completion
Proactively develop customer relationships Ensure each customer is brought on the Enterpryze journey successfully Seek new ways to enhance & improve the customer experience Enablement of our Partners regional team including product training Delivery of Product Workshops Go to Market support for Partners Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
Ability to present
Background in Accountancy a distinct advantage
Fluent English speaker
Fluent Thai speaker
Proven track record in Customer Service and Engagement
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed Experienced in high-level customer service Excellent organizational skills Problem solver Multitasker Team player Additional language desirable Travel may be required Education/Technical Expertise:
