[Job Description] • Define and quantify new markets and new opportunities to help quantify potential new sales pipeline across Thailand and Southeast countries • Work with Senior Management and cross function to identify and outline market and client opportunities and the associated resource requirements to achieve access • Build, maintain and report a sales pipeline that exceeds quarterly goals and is aligned to the overall target • Develop and execute the annual sales plan by working with the consulting team across existing and prospective accounts and new target markets • Manage and review the sales performance and implement changes where necessary, to mitigate risks, maximize revenue and footprint • Identify a target list of potential new major accounts as part of the annual sales plan to drive multi-year growth and utilize channels and direct contact to build relationships at multiple points of contact across the organization including at the senior level and with key purchasing stakeholders • Help to identify and manage upsell and new opportunities with the current clients through developing account specific plans by working with the consultants and account managers • Work with prospects and the consulting team to ensure we receive and submit the required documentations as part of the sales process • To help identify and create new relationships with new partners • Organize and conduct product demonstration and technical sessions with new and existing partners to optimize product exposure • Assist with creating and managing opportunities with support from the existing partners • Assist with maintaining contact database for clients, channel partners, and industry associates • Help create new sales and marketing presentation material where required • To perform other miscellaneous duties as required to ensure the goals and objectives of the business are met • Support the business with organizing/attending external industry and marketing events • Support the business and consultants with contract set up and negotiations • Support the finance and accounting team by working with the consultants regarding invoice submission and payment
• Must be fluent in Thai and English
• At least have 7-year work experience, but less than 15 years
• Degree level education would be advantageous
• Experience of working with clients/customer on a recurring basis
• Experience of working within a sales-oriented environment
• Exposure to Actuarial/Risk based environment would be advantageous
• Has a strong focus on the development of Sales, Consulting Services, and Client Relationships
• Possess an extensive advisory and project management experience in the consulting industry serving the financial sector

There will be elements of marketing, sales, presenting and managing the sell cycle of the solution offerings as well as assisting with contractual and financial discussions with prospects and current clients.
The R3S product suite is a leading Risk and Actuarial software system for financial and actuarial analysis and producing regulatory returns. R3S Modeler is a windows desktop application that provides a development environment in which users define their models. R3S Manager is a centralized administration and scheduling system used in conjunction with R3S Modeler to provide security, governance and auditing around development and production. The software is used across all continents with consulting teams based in Reigate, Hong Kong and Tokyo, they are looking to expand their resources to provide an increased level of support and implementation to the clients and hence will require more support and administrative assistance themselves.
