Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist and support owner activities
  • Perform variety of secretarial duties or administrative support to executives/directors
  • Prepare and pre-screen document before passing to Executive
  • To make appointments and take care of all communications including mailing services
  • Coordinate with other departments and external parties.
  • Perform other duties assigned


  • Female, aged 25-35
  • Thai nationality
  • Have education background in Secretary is preffered
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Have working experience in Coordinating or Administrative / Secretarial to Executive will be an advantage.
  • Able to work outside the office and flexible schedule (Including weekends and holidays).
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Computer skill in Ms Office and computer literacy is necessary.
  • Document filing, organizing and keep confidential
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating skills
  • Detail orientation and willing to work on project assignments
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to manage confidential information
