Responsibilities Lead and organizes a variety of administrative assistant for the Directors, schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, manages mailing or distribution lists as needed, logistics, manage document, asset, and filing. Prepares business correspondence, agendas, and presentations as assigned from the Director, assisting in various daily operations, answering the phone, greeting guests, visitors. Attend social functions. Coordinates travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the Director match his/her requirements including troubleshooting problems. Coordinate within function or across function in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems. Performs additional duties as assigned including managing his/her personal affairs.  Problem solver. Book and coordinate all travel and accommodation for other team members Perform other tasks as requested

Qualifications Good command of English speaking and writing.

MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH THAI AND ENGLISH ต้องสามารถสื่อสาร, เข้าใจ, อ่านและเขียน ทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษได้ค่ะ

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates. • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite. Friendly and socially outgoing. Smart well presented, own style. • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be a part of confidential information regarding official transactions and employee related info
